The negative that I see with the Vizio M321i-A2 is that it is not a 3D television or comes with 3D image upscaling. It also does not provide you with a 3D sound, just the regular built in speaker.
It however doesn’t have the shiny glow that most 3D television has which interferes with the quality of the image and give a blurry picture when viewing from certain angles. Also, the sound can however be enhance using a home theater system along with this television.
